Who inaugurated the Pashtoonkhwa Blood Bank?
Pashtoonkhwa Blood Bank was inaugurated by the Pashtoon Nationalist Leader and Chairman of Pashtoonkhwa Milli Awami Party, Mr. Mahmood Khan Achakzai, on 24th March 1999. He was the first donor who contributed his blood to the bank.
